UltiSnips highlight when snippet available

Asked by Francesco de Virgilio

I'm using UltiSnip and I'm very proficient with it.

The problem is I have a lot of snippets (Python) and I have some difficulties remembering when a snippet is available.

It would be nice to have an highlighting system: whenever a "snippable" word is typed down, it highlights to express is available for that word. Sometimes I end up with writing down the whole function by hand just because I forgot to have a snippet available for it.

Any chance to see this one day?

Thank you and keep rocking ;)

No. Vim is notoriously terrible at supporting dynamic highlighting - and it usually breaks the rest of syntax highlighting in the file. If someone comes up with a stable way of doing it - why not. But I highly doubt it.

Can you help with this problem?
