trigger with regex of the previous line

it is possible to regex the previous line ? im editing my snippets and some of them uses the same name, a good way will be to know if the previous line include foo or bar, where i can read more about the regex used and its possibilities ?

It is generally not possible to consider previous lines in a regexp trigger at this point in time. All about the regular expression triggers are in the documentation of ultisnips.
