UCK IOCTL

Asked by zour1el

I am trying to remaster a CD of Hardy using UCK

I go thru the screens and setup all the additional repos and applications from them

it starts the remaster and i get 2 errors after mksquashfs completes

TIOCGWINZ ioctl failed, defaulting to 80 columns
TIOCGWINSZ ioctl failed, defaulting to 80 columns

it then hangs at 4%

I have let it sit for about 1hr now with no change.

Any ideas?

Looks like a problem with your terminal application.

HMMMM....

I think i figured out whats going on.....

I starting to think it is one of my updates that im trying to push.....

I just did a remaster with a few updates and it finished without issue....

Is there a size limitation that a spin can be, that also maybe an issue....

Im going to start making remasters adding a few packages at a time until death from above comes looming in....

It doesn't seem to be a problem with UCK.
Please check if you have enough space on your disks, maybe they fill up.

This seems to be a problem when it goes over 800mb for the new image.

I cut the image down to 724mb and it went thru fine.
