Custom Section ServerFlags in xorg.conf

I need to disable Ctrl-Alt-Backspace to kill X and the tty's you can reach with Ctrl-Alt-F1 to F6. This can be done by adding a section "ServerFlags" in xorg.conf. As this files is generated at boot time I have a major problem. My live-cd needs to run on a broad range of hardware so I can't use a specific xorg.conf, I just want to *add* a few lines. How can I do this?

This is not related to UCK. Please ask on mailing list for Ubuntu development how to modify Xorg conf generation behaviour.

Can you help with this problem?
