command to re-invoke build process?

I had tried UCK before, wasn´t working as expected. Since ver. 2 release evrything worked smoothly. Only thing i can´t get to work is to customize a cd and build it, BUT be able to re-build it anytime, if the customized iso image needs to get reconfigured.
I am pretty sure i should either read a lot about sqashfs or else...
Just hoping there is a easy solution, i mean the scripts are there, but i can´t get them to work.
Anyone?

always post the build.log to have support otherwise we can't understand what's happening

I think safaricity means to say that even if you chose to remaster a remastered livecd.iso why should he have to go through the pain of selection the same language install options again and again...(my guess from his question above).
