Mark for complete removal in UCK Package manager

In the final build, has different effect to "Mark for complete removal" or "Mark for removal" a package in the UCK Package manager?

If only "Mark for removal", will the final ISO build include the package files?

this is an APT question, not UCK... anyway "complete removal" also removes configuration files
