Ubuntu Customization Kit

Hi, I have a question to be resolved ...

I would like to personalize this distro (Ubuntu based): http://techm4sters.org/, called Protech ONE!
It is a distro based precisely on Ubuntu, which implements all the tools for Penetration Testing!
At this point, my question is: can change it with UCK? Or should I customize a Ubuntu 7.04, installing packages that I need? If u confirmed the second option, how do I find those packages, that even searching with synaptic not find available for Ubuntu?
Example: Try searching with synaptic "Metasploit Framework", will Not appear nothing! :-(
For this reason that I want to customize Protech ONE, because it is already full of the packages, that i can't find with synaptic!

Can u give me an hand?!? ;-P

the same way you would do with the original ubuntu iso
