JACK server not running?

I'm not really sure how this works. I've never used it before but i just installed Ubuntu Studio from Add/Remove and when i try to open it it asks me which programs i'd like to open and then when i click OK, Ubuntu Studio Launcher 2.0.0 says, "The JACK server does not appear to be running. Double-check your settings."

Jack is the sound server that connects all your jack enabled applications, like ardour, hydrogen, etc. I suggest you use qjackctl to start and configure JACK.
