This song was deleted or moved from your Library

Asked by jjinco33

I hope this is the correct "Project" category for this question, but I believe it likely is not, please direct me if I am not asking in the correct place.

I bought an album last night through the Ubuntu One Music Store and today, after it finally finished syncing, the songs have been removed from my "files" directory on the website. When I load Rhythmbox and go to the Ubuntu One it tells me next to each entry "This song was deleted or moved from your Library". Any reason these are being removed from my online storage without my intervention? At first it was just one song and I figured I may have accidentally clicked the Delete button, but then I sign back in and only 3 of 16 songs are left. They are still in my local .ubuntuone/Purchased from Ubuntu One folder.

Can anyone help me understand what is going on?

I had similar problem. I also had files deleted from Ubuntu One without ask for it, even from the Web Interface without apparent reason.

The difference is that it was ordinary files, not song that I bought from the Music Store.

I filed a bug that can be seem here https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-client/+bug/588824

I have the very same problem, since the ticket has been kept open for quite a while, and we have paid good money to buy the music, is it possible to have this problem addressed?

Can you help with this problem?
