Evolution contact synchronisation

On my Dashboard it says that Desktop Contact synchronisation is down while you ramp up for new users. Due to this I am currently in the situation - due to an Ubuntu upgrade and limitations in the Evolution backup - where my latest, updated Contacts are sitting on Ubuntu One, but not on my laptop. This means that when I send mail, etc., I don't have access to my latest Contacts.

When will Contact synchronisation be restored for current users?
