Purge an Ubuntu One Account

Hi all,

I've a little problem with Ubuntu One Web interface.
The web interface show me two files in "uploading" mode, but this files don't exist on my computer. I think this two files are in conflict from my older computer, but this computer is out of order.

I can't delete this two files from the web interface, i don't have any actions link, just "uploading" information.
Because au this state i can't syncing anymore...

The simple question is "How to format my ubuntu online storage ?"

I also have this problem. Three files are identified in the Web Interface as "uploading" but these files do not exist. UbuntuOne will not sync.

It looks like these entries are showing up because there are old (and no longer valid) entries in our database. I have created a bug for this and contacted the devs on the team most likely able to take care of this problem: https://launchpad.net/bugs/580679
