How can I remove ubuntu one's account on the server? I don't mean programme on disk but account on the server.

You can cancel your account by doing the following:

1. Open https://one.ubuntu.com/account/
2. Click on the "View details or make changes" link
3. Click the "Cancel this subscription" link
4. Click the "Cancel subscription" button
