Thanks for your message. We're working through the details of the most appropriate places for users to report issues. If you need immediate attention, you can:
- chat with other testers and the developers in IRC (#u1msbeta on freenode)
- file a bug in the project (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOne/MusicStore)
- click on "Help" at the top of the music store, choose the Contact Us option, and fill out the form with your information.
