Upgrade to 50 GB plan doesn't work for me

I have problems to activate a 50 GB account.

A week ago I purchased the 50 GB plan, starting 30th of June. Everything seems to be ok, payment is ok, and the ubuntuone-site keeps telling me that I'm using the 50 GB plan.

Except, of course, that there is still only 2 GB storage available for me.

If anyone had a similar problem and knows if I can actively do something to get rid of the problem, I would be grateful for some hints.
