I don't know how to clear cache & cookies on Mozilla Firefox using Ubuntu.

I am getting an error page from Google when I try to log into my gmail account indicating that I need to clear my cache and cookies. I have tried to follow the directions to do this but I do not have an "Options" option in the drop-down menu from Tools. How do I clear my cache and cookies on Mozilla Firefox using Ubuntu?

For some reason, Linux build of Firefox have Edit->Preferences rather than Tools->Options. You should also be able to clear your cache and history using Tools->Clear Recent History.
