Please reset account

I request that my Ubuntu One account (associated with this launchpad id) be reset.
Why?

Symptoms:
1) When I first installed Ubuntu One I experience a show stopper bug; it wouldn't sync. Reported as Bug 408463
2) I tried another time, it failed again, so i attempted to delete everything in the web interface. I thought I did, but the web interface was lying to me (either the file view is lying, or the space used is lying): Bug 482882

Now, as many applications will begin using Ubuntu One as their syncing option, I really want to get Ubuntu One to a state where I can at least sync files between computers. This is where I feel that no matter what I try to do from my end, I will still run into those two above bugs (proven by me trying everything I could think of: reinstalling, remove --purge, delete all files both on computer and in web UI, waiting 2 months).

I'm not even sure that asking to have my account be reset is the right next step.

Please advise.

the first bug is an issue of bad accounting that we are fixing, but it shouldnt affect the system or its ability to sync. To get to a clean state you need to:
- unconnect syncdaemon, uninstall, rm -rf /home/lucio/.local/share/ubuntuone/, rm -rf ~/.cache/log/ubuntuone on each machine where you have it
- goto to the web, delete everything, dont mind the "used %"
- reinstall the clients.

This has to work, and even if you get one of the "BadTransitions" bugs as the one in the second bug, you can just restart the client and sync should continue (we expect to fix that bug for lucid) (you wont always get this issue, its a bit random)

Please let me know if this worked or if you found new issues.
