How can I force my Tomboy notes to sync?

After I change Tomboy notes locally on my Ubuntu One enabled Karmic laptop, the changes aren't being replicated at http://one.ubuntu.com. Is there something I need to do? All the preferences in Tomboy seem to be set correctly. After I set it the first time, everything synced. It's just that updates don't seem to be taking.

Tomboy currently does not sync notes automatically.
Once Tomboy web sync is set up, from any note you can press the button
with the gears icon, and select 'synchronize notes'.
