I have a windows mobile device and I can't get it to sync to my evolution address book via usb and I was wondering if I sync my address book to this can I then sync my phone from this?

You can't do this today, but we are working on it *right now* :)

Soon we'll be adding a syncml service where your mobile phone would be
able to sync contacts over the network with one.ubuntu.com, if you
have a paid subscription.
