"My Files" folder missing in Ubuntu One

Asked by Mark van de Velde

I installed Ubuntu One on my computer (Jaunty) without any problems, but I don't see a "My Files" folder in the Ubuntu One folder. I do have a "Shared with me" folder though. Should I simply drop files into Ubuntu One, or should I create the "My files" folder myself? Thanks.

Hi! Just drop the files into Ubuntu One, and it should work.

It worked indeed, thanks. I still have no My Files folder on my computer, but anything I drop into the Ubuntu One folder shows up in the My Files folder on the Ubuntu One website. That's fine with me.

Hi, Mark.

The folder "Ubuntu One" is essentially your "My Files" folder
