hi, j don't find the file in the web page, how can j reinstall all ubuntu one?

Hi! Can you provide some more information about the steps that you took? Have you put files into ~/Ubuntu One/ but they are not showing up at https://one.ubuntu.com/files/ ?

If so, the best way to diagnose whats happening would be for you to file a bug. You can right click on the Ubuntu One applet in the tray, and select 'Report a problem', or you can use 'ubuntu-bug ubuntuone-client' from the command line to report a bug which will include logs of your machine to help diagnose the problem.
