Ubuntu One Client

Domain name resolution failure

My Ubuntu One client cannot connect. I gives the error - "Authorization Error. [Errno socket error] [Errno -2] Name or service not known"

I am in an HTTP proxied environment. Is there any hope that Ubuntu One client will work for me here?

Hi Jem, It sounds like you're affected by a known bug, which I'm going to link this question to. Currently, Ubuntu One has problems working behind proxy servers. We are looking into ways to remedy this. Please subscribe to the bug if you're interested in tracking its progress. Thank you, Joshua

Hi there. Would that temporarily work if I set my router to transparent for some ports? Which ports would that be? I do not use proxy, I use router with NAT.
