Ubuntu One Client

uploaded files don't show

I have the same problem as MikeR (https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-client/+question/82197) with uploaded files not showing online (even after a few hours). The folders copied-pasted into the UbuntuOne folder on my Xubuntu 9.04 machine shows online but when you click on them to open the folders nothing happens (presumably you need to click the folders to check the contents and not do some other funny action to open them?).

Hi Fossie,

Thank you for trying Ubuntu One. I'm sorry it's not working properly for you. In order for us to figure out what is causing the issue, can you do the following:

1) apport-collect -p ubuntuone-client 430800
2) Attach ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/syncdaemon.log to this bug https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-client/+bug/430800

We need to track this problem as a bug. By doing the two steps above, you will attach important log files to a bug report I created out of this question. Note that step 2 attaches a log file with filenames in it, if you are not comfortable with that information being public, please mark the bug private so that only you and the Ubuntu One team have access to the bug report.
