after last update i can't see connect/disconnect tab in Nautilus.

Tray Icon disappears after one minute when logging in, how can I connect/disconnect?

now the nautilus tab it's on, after a full upgrade. But the tray icon still disapperas after 1 min. Is it a correct behaviour or can be changed or fixed? Thanks.

It's the correct behavior and it is configurable in the Preferences window, accessible from the applet's right-click menu. Disconnecting from within the Nautilus view should cause the icon to appear, so you can reconfigure it (unless you choose to never show the applet).
