'access denied' http message at https://www.ubuntuone.com

Asked by GaryW

Should https://www.ubuntuone.com redirect to https://ubuntuone.com?

Bit more friendly than a squid complaint for those users who might expect to be able to use www and non www interchangeably.

Hi Gary,

I've reported this problem to our IS team, and they will take a look at it. My guess is that this is some left over configuration from before UbuntuOne had been publicly announced.

Thank you for reporting the problem.

The squid/apache configuration issue has been resolved now. It now redirects to https://ubuntuone.com rather than producing an error page.
