downloaded Ubuntu 10.10, like to install it, how do I do that

not burned onto a CD just downloaded onto the desk top. How do I open and make use of Ubuntu 10.10?

If you'll install it a virtual machine, the .iso is good enough, but to install it on your PC you shouldburn it on a CD ...
