purchased a track but won't download

I contacted 7supportmusic about my problem, and they finally got back to me to say you guys would be better off helping me.

Here is a copy of my original query email -

"I purchased a track recently but cannot download it. A message keeps saying there is a problem and to try again later. I have had no problems with any other purchases or downloads.
My username is AdamBest20, order number for the track 4001579, and was billed to <email address hidden>.
Can you help?"

I use Spotify music and still cannot download this track.

Hi Matt

All that I know was that Ip urchased through Spotify, where I have downloaded their music store on my laptop. I used their 'Help' section which seemed to take me through to 7digital, who finally responded saying "this issue would be better addressed by the Ubuntu One team."

Thats all that I do know sadly.

I have had the problem solved now, in that a refund has been arranged.
