I just want to say that You at Ubuntu Rock The World.

I just got this machine going in the last few days.
It was very difficult getting my evolution mail migrated,
and my bookmarks never did translate cleanly from iceape on Lenny.
I understand that this is no direct fault of Ubuntu.
If anything your performance will raise the expectations on the subsystems.
I suspect that you will be a strong driving force for the coming years on the app providers.
Your Ubuntu 10.04 LTS is excellent.
I bump into a few odd events with my mouse and some confusing interfaces, but overall I give you two thumbs up.
I've just enabled the high performance graphics and can't wait to see what it looks like when I restart.
I've also just come to your cloud implementation, which spawns this message.

I am an ex-software engineer but am now an enduser and the intent to immerse ones self in the details of operations is no longer practical, even for one such as myself. Somehow those complexities do need to be exposed cleanly when one needs them. Unfortunately they just are not clean. I hope that such resolutions as you have taken here will allow for the ultimate cleanup, since the need to access the grimy underlayers can go away under your system.
