I do not know how to get into my emails

I downloaded Ubuntu One yesterday and I cannot figure out how to access my emails.

I think you mean 'Ubuntu' not 'Ubuntu One'. Ubuntu One is a file sync tool, used to sync data across your computers.

The default mail program for Ubuntu is Evolution. The Ubuntu Wiki has a page on Evolution that might help.
