How to upload entire folders to Ubunty One?

I would like to know if it is possible to upload entire folders (all my hdd) to Ubuntu One, and if so, how.

We do not support uploading folders from the Ubuntu One website. You have to launch the Ubuntu One Preferences application and authenticate your computer with your Ubuntu One account in order to sync files and folders directly from your desktop to Ubuntu One.

After you've added your computer to your Ubuntu One account, the "/Ubuntu One" folder will be added to your home directory. Anything that you put in that folder will automatically sync with the cloud. You can also mark other folders in your home folder for synchronization.
