Should I change the PPA "addressing" from Karmic to Lucid after system dist-upgrade ?

Asked by Cesare Mastroianni

I followed the instruction to add the UbuntuOne PPA to Karmic some weeks ago. Now I turned to Lucid. I saw that no more updated U1 packages appeared. Then I checked into /etc/apt/sources.list.d and I saw that there was no reference for U1-Lucid but there was only for U1-karmic.

Is this correct? Why no more update are available for U1 client?

Ciao and thanks.

Hi Cesare,

Right now, our latest packages for Lucid can be found in the main repository, so if you remove the reference to the PPA and do an apt-get update you should get the latest and greatest version of Ubuntu One.

Thanks,

Joshua
