I'm converting this to a question since it's not a bug report.

To move files and folders in Ubuntu One on the desktop, use simple mv commands or use Nautilus just like you would with any other folder. The web does not support moving files or folders yet as reported in bug 412767.

I'm afraid that I didn't understand the answer. How do you arrange for
certain files to be in a folder on Ubuntu One?

Hi Stoney,

The easiest way would be to find the files you want to synchronize on Ubuntu One, select them, and drag them to the ~/Ubuntu One folder. If you have a folder like your Documents folder that you want to synchronize on Ubuntu One, you can follow these instructions: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOne/Tutorials/FileSharing#Sync%20a%20folder%20inside%20your%20home%20folder

Thank you,

Joshua
