iPhone contacts sync email details are missing

My iPhone contacts are set to sync with my works hosted Exchange server which works well (I'm only mentioning this so it's not an unknown variable).
I've downloaded the Ubuntu One app from the Apple store and installed and configured it with the user-name and password provided on the My Phone page under contacts. My phone correctly shows in both the Ubuntu One Preferences and on the Dashboard.

The first Sync I set as a one way push from phone to the server and all of my contacts have been replicated to the contacts page. However none of the email address fields have actually replicated and some Address fields are combined (address1, address2).

All other fields all appear correct (mobile, office numbers, names, addresses, etc)

I haven't enabled bi-directional synchronisation yet because I don't want to risk overwriting the email address fields on my phone (and then to the Exchange server). Although I do have a backup of my contacts (pst) and the debug log from the phone so that I can troubleshoot this with of course some assistance.

I'm using a fresh install of lucid fully updated and the iPhone is on 3.1.3 (7E18) firmware.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi John, thanks for this feedback.

We've been looking into some quirks in the iphone client, so this helps us understand them better.
Could you tell me a bit more about the email addresses? Did none of them sync? Did the contacts have multiple email addresses?

Hi Martin, No problem.

None of the email addresses were synchronised in any of the contacts (132 in total) . Some had just a single email address and some with two or three email addresses.

Where multiple phone numbers (mobile, home, work) were listed against the contact these did sync correctly.

I'm happy to do any tests that you need me to do in an effort to help resolve this. Just doing a quick backup now.

Could you let me know what your phone sync username is, so I can look at the logs for that session?

I had this exact same problem, unfortunately I deleted the phone so I don't have a phone sync username.
