Can't download from file list

Hi,

I cannot download the music files I have bought from where they are stored in the Files section. When you click on the file there are 3 options one of which is download. When this is clicked - it says something like "can't access server or server busy - please try again later". I tried several times - always got the same message, even on different computers. Thanks.

Can you see the purchased songs by logging into https://one.ubuntu.com/files ? If so, this is related to the current slowness of files sync in transferring purchases from the cloud to your desktop - https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOne/Status#Files

Yes, I can see purchase songs - they are all there. It's just that I cannot download them. On Monday evening (Australian Time) I was unable to open the Purchased Files folder which I could before.

Last night I was able to download all songs to laptop. So problem appears to be fixed.
