I haven't tested it out myself, but you should be able to install Ubuntu One on Eeebuntu by following the install and setup instructions for Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty): https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOne/Tutorials/Install#Installation%20&%20setup%20instructions%20for%20Ubuntu%209.04%20%28Jaunty%29
