please reset my account!

I am using Ubuntu 10.4 and accidentally delete on preferences of ubuntu one my machine and now I can not connect to my notebook to ubuntu one.

I tried to create another account, and for this reason i cancelled the suscription to my acccount (to create the second account with my old information)

can you help me?

I want recover my old account and that my computer can access to ubuntuone.

Hi Javier,

Did you delete your machine from this web page? https://one.ubuntu.com/account/machines/ If so, you should be able to add your computer again. You can try the following steps:

1. Open Applications->Accessories->Passwords and Encryption Keys
2. Delete the ubuntuone token by right-clicking on it and selecting "Delete"
3. Open Ubuntu One (either from Applications->Internet->Ubuntu One (on Karmic) or System->Preferences->Ubuntu One (on Lucid)
4. This should open your web browser, prompting you to login to Ubuntu One and then have you add your machine back to your account
