Middle solution between 2 GO and 50GO?

Asked by Matifou

Hi

I wonder whether Canonical is planning to offer a middle solution... 2 GO is not much but 50GO is gor me much too much, and almost too expensive!

A middle solution, something 10 GO for 3$, or 20GO for 5$ would be much appreciated, and I would definitely buy it!

Thanks

Matifou,
Good to hear people making suggestions about Ubuntu one. Maybe post your idea in Ubuntu Brainstorm at http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/ where it can be discussed, voted on by the community and reviewed by developers. If a lot of people see and like your idea that might help the powers that be take notice ;)
Thanks for taking the time to share your opinion!

I would also like some extra options. I can see myself sharing more than 2 gigs but way less than 50. And I do feel that $120 a year is a bit steep then.
I would really welcome extra plans.

I completely agree. I think something like 15Go for 5$ would be great. 10$ is too much for me, even if it would offer 100Go I could not pay as much money EVERY months.
And contact sync (very important for me) could be an option for 1$ maybe?

This is fix with the new Ubuntu One offer:
"A 20-Pack is 20 GB of storage for files, contacts, notes, and bookmarks. Users will be able to add multiple 20-Packs at $2.99 (USD) per month or $29.99 (USD) per year each."
