How do I upgrade Ubuntu One?

If you just want to update Ubuntu One, a quick way is to open a terminal session and run the following: sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

You can also update your entire system by selecting System->Administration->Update Manager, click the "Check" button and then click the "Install Updates" button.
