Change logs for ssmtp source package in Zesty

ssmtp (2.64-8ubuntu1) xenial; urgency=medium

  * Remove world read access to /etc/ssmtp/* and chgrp to "mail".
    Install the ssmtp binary as setgid and owned by "root:mail".
