makehrtf binary package in Ubuntu Xenial ppc64el
OpenAL Soft is a branch of OpenAL which has filtering implemented in software,
and it also adds support for head-related transfer functions (HRTFs).
HRTFs permit 3D auralization through stereo earphones.
