Change logs for six source package in Xenial

six (1.10.0-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * d/control:
    - Drop the python-six-whl binary package as it's no longer necessary.
      (Closes: #814069)
    - Drop the Build-Depends on python3-wheel.
  * d/rules: Drop override_dh_auto_install since we no longer need to
    build the .whl.
  * d/python-six-whl.install: Removed.
  * d/tests: Add simple import smoke tests.
