libsuitesparse-metis-dev binary package in Ubuntu Trusty powerpc

 Suitesparse is a collection of libraries for computations involving
 sparse matrices. libsuitesparse-metis-dev is a replacement for
 libsuitesparse-dev compiled with libmetis support. The package includes the
 following libraries:
