lapack (3.12.0-3) unstable; urgency=medium
* Add Breaks of liblapacke against older liblapack.so.3 flavours.
This prevents incorrect combinations where liblapacke needs symbols that
were added in LAPACK 3.12, but where liblapack.so.3 flavours (liblapack3,
libopenblas0-*, libatlas3-base) were compiled with an older LAPACK version.

* Drop isnan.3 manpage that conflicts with manpages-dev (Closes: #1058459)
* d/rules: simplify the logic for getting buildflags
* d/rules: build BLAS testsuite with -frecursive, for consistency
* Set upstream metadata fields: Security-Contact.
* Update standards version to 4.6.2, no changes needed.
