* Demote anacron's Recommends of mail-transport-agent to a Suggests;
since we've been doing fine without an MTA in the desktop for some
time (and want to continue doing so), this fails the definition of
Recommends.

* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
- make anacron work with acpi suspend/resume (LP: #36816)
- Remove stop links from rc0 and rc6
- recommend postfix as default mail agent
* remove "rm K11anaron" from debian/postinst, we do no longer
need this as it only affects upgrades from dapper
* change Default-Stop to "0" in debian/init.d
