    + Rules-Requires-Root: no
    = Bumped Standards-Version to 4.5.1 (no change required).
      Caveat: CUPS still expects to find its executables in /usr/lib,
              instead of the /usr/libexec mandated by FSH 3.0.

    + Copied the warning about AppArmor from README so that Debian derivatives
      that don't ship </usr/share/doc/> don't leave their users in limbo.

    - Commented out DEB_BUILD_MAINT_OPTIONS. Assume that Debian defaults work.
