 SCIM (Smart Common Input Method) is an input method (IM) platform.

 This package is the UIM IM engine module for SCIM. It provides various
 imput methods through UIM library, as well as corresponding GUI setup
 tools. With this module you can use all the input methods UIM provides
 with the SCIM user interface.
