last version of zygrib is 3.9.9.1 (2011-01-23)

Hi,

Would it be possible to include last version of zygrib in natty ?

I try to make packages of the last version, but as I do not know how to do it respecting all the rules, i'll do packages that go to /opt.

I'll try to follow the updates done by the main developer, as they generally bring new tools or data access, very useful.

I am ready to work more professionally if some minimal advices (or cooking receipt), if it helps.

Log a bug stating the bug fixes and security fixes and it may get added.
