ZSNES for 64-bit is available for 8.10 but not 9.04.

A package for ZSNES for AMD64 has been available for Intrepid, but it is not currently available for Jaunty, which has led at least one other person I know of to think that it simply isn't available at all. I manually downloaded the AMD64 package for 8.10, installed it on 9.04, and it is working fine, which leads me to think that ZSNES has just been forgotten about.
Is there some other reason why it has not been updated for Jaunty?
