doc package affect wireless network
Hi there
Came across a weird phenomenon. Hear my story:
I have picked the Zeitgeist Application from the Program manager (within Linux Mint 15) Mate 32 bit and its dependencies and it worked ok, so far using the file manager (Caja).
Then I installed the Chrome extenstion of Zeitgeist v2 plugin, and it seems failing (has reported this elsewhere).
Everything seems fine, then I decide to Install the Zeitgeist Documentation package.
Then my network became unavailable, and I could never connect to my wireless AP again (I have other devices that worked). Nothing helped, and then I decided to roll off the Zeitgeist Documentation package. And voila, my Wireless connection got back working.
I struggled a couple of hours with this, I could'nt believe a 'simple' non-functional (ie. no binaries nor executables) package with files could cause this. And I have no clue still, why it occurred.
Any clues, anyone ?
