Can I sell Ubuntu CD on my website? Many People have slow connection so they can't download it. I want to give them copies of Ubuntu at their home. I just want to sell it in 2-4 USD to cover CD and Shipping cost only.

You are FREE (as free in freedom) to do what ever you want[1] (with the obvious exceptions mentioned in the GPL licence as published by the FSF), of course it would be nice if you tell your "costumers" that even though you are selling the cd's as a "service" they can also download them freely and/or ask for free cd's from the ship it website (https://shipit.ubuntu.com/).

[1] I know that this might stir some controversy... but this is done by lots of people, for instance, Debian has a full list of cd vendors (http://www.debian.org/CD/vendors/)
