removed network manager applet,how to get it back

hi.. i'm using ubuntu 9.10. i accidentally removed networkmanager applet from the notification area.
now i can not access wifi connection anymore! how can i add it back to the pannel.

Right click on the upper panel -> 'Add to panel...' and select 'Notification Area'

my network applet quits its self occasionally and a temporary fix is to open a terminal and type,
nm-applet
as long as terminal is open network manager will work. not sure this is the problem at hand , but could be a sort term fix..
